Nodefender Windows 10

For people that are trying to re-enable windows defender what you can do is: 1. Open up control panel (search it up using win + Q) 2. View items by small/large items (top right option) 3. Scroll down to Security and Maintenance 4. Under security there should be a option to turn on windows defender

Nodefender Windows 10

Microsoft does not want Defender to be turned off completely. Therefore, when defender is turned off, windows update or windows component is trying to repair Defender and as a result Defender may become corrupt. Of course a malicious program may also corrupt Defender completely. (If there is no different security software in windows, when Defender is turned off)Microsoft is constantly taking new measures because it does not want Defender to be turned off. There is a possibility that Windows Defender may be corrupted among these measures. Therefore We will no longer update this Team

Microsoft Defender Antivirus on Windows Server 2016 and 2019 -us/windows/security/threat-protection/microsoft-defender-antivirus/microsoft-defender-antivirus-on-windows-server-2016

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers Reset-AppxPackage worked for me, i have the latest version of windows 11 and this was the way to go, i now have access to windows securityBest Regards and thank youSimo from Greece

So I disabled windows update and BITs services every time I logon windows. It had been working fine for a long while, today the issue came back on, and worst it had no signal on the external monitor. Now using your solution to turn off windows defender seems bring my monitor back on, best no flickering. I hope permanently.

More info here -us/windows-hardware/customize/desktop/unattend/security-malware-windows-defender-disableantispywareAs a workaround, you can run the following command to put Defender to a platform version, then you can disable services and change registryC:\Program Files\Microsoft Defender\MpCmdRun.exe -resetplatform

dont bother. the performance difference is neglible, you can set whatever MS calls 'do not disturb' these days on to block any notifications from making sounds, you can disable any notifications you dont want, and completely culling something integrated so deeply into windows may actually be a source for more problems.

if you're so absolutely obsessed by not having defender there, you should just not have windows 10/11 (desktop versions). i'm sorry to bust your bubble, but you're gonna break so much other shit trying to skin defender, that you're actually just creating a problem in the long run. your solution is to learn to deal with defender, use some sort of embedded or server flavour that doesnt have defender, or run either linux or mac (but on the mac side, you can be assured there's something similar to defender running too).

there's airgapped systems in the medical space where defender is sitting just fine, with critical medical equipment that literally cant have a second of unexpected downtime. if they can deal with and you cant, that's a you problem. i know the audio space is SUPER stuck-up about the whole antivirus thing, but i've yet to see any decent reason why. it appears to be based on a time when AV actually had a performance impact, but these days then you should also remove literally half of windows features 'because having a taskbar takes up resources'...

i have to assume since you're so stuck up about defender you've also disabled the desktop wallpaper, culled windows update, disabled unnecessary device drivers, disabled windows search, culled OneDrive, and disabled the print spooler?

Honestly if you have windows seven(already activated or cracked with daz) you can just use the accessibility upgrade to get windows 10 for free only requires hitting a check box saying you use accessibility software.

Hey wonderful folks I had a quick question i was hoping to get clarity on windows defender. We have some Windows Embedded Standard machines around the building and they are running windows defender. Will windows defender block Cyrpto viruses on the Embedded OS? I believe the answer is NO but want a for sure 100% answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! 076b4e4f54
